Neal Harper, composer, producer and singer hails from a family of ministers and has been singing gospel since he was eight years old beginning in the church. He was a member of the Chicago All-City Choir and at age 18, Neal was executive producer for the Lamont Lenox and the Love Holiness Singers first album “I’m for Christ”. Along with his singing career, Neal has been one of Chicago’s most successful documentary producers, having won two national level awards for his work.
Fresh from singing commercial jingles for the largest telephone company in Singapore, Neal brings what has been called the "smoothest baritone voice in the business" to the Chicago Spirituals.
Neal is the Senior Vice President of Aennil Records & Entertainment. He is married to Tecora Rogers and is an original member of the Chicago Spirituals.
